The Korloy S32S-PCLNR 12 is a heavy-duty Internal Turning Tool (Boring Bar) designed for general turning and roughing operations.

• Rigidity: With a solid steel 32mm shank, this bar is built for deep boring. The large diameter resists deflection and vibration significantly better than standard 20mm or 25mm bars, allowing for longer overhangs (approx. 4x diameter).
• Lever Lock (P-Type): Features the “P-System” lever lock clamping. This mechanism pulls the insert firmly back into the pocket, providing the most rigid clamping force available for negative inserts—essential when roughing.
• Geometry: The 95° Approach Angle (Lead Angle) allows you to bore straight through and face the bottom of a blind bore to square a 90° shoulder.
• Insert Compatibility: Designed to take standard CNMG 1204 (Size 432) inserts.
