Thank you for shopping with Makers Market AU. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our updated policy on returns and refunds.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, broken, or significantly different from the described specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • You may be entitled to a full refund.
  • In some cases, at our discretion, we may cover return shipping or allow you to keep the item.
  • Evidence such as photos or measurements may be required to assess the claim.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item, under the following conditions:

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
  • You must contact us first to receive return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or incomplete items.
  • Items sold as-is or marked as non-returnable.
  • Items made to order or customized to your specifications.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons and have been unsealed.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received (if required), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the item was marked as a gift, a store credit may be issued instead.
