This Hexagon Rotary Broach Kit (Wobble Broach) is designed for creating hexagonal holes in metal work on lathes, mills, or CNC machines. It is available with MT2, MT3, or MT4 Morse Taper shanks, or 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, or 40 mm parallel shanks for compatibility with various spindles. The kit includes a rotary broach holder and a set of six hex cutters in sizes 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. The broaches have a 12mm shank.
The tool holder is made of steel with a 1-degree offset for broaching, and the cutters are high-speed steel (HSS), suitable for materials like steel, aluminum, and brass.
This pre-order kit will be available for shipping in late June, ideal for machinists needing precise hex or square features.
