The Mitutoyo 0-25mm IP65 Micrometer is a digital outside micrometer with a 0-25 mm measuring range and 0.001 mm resolution. It has an IP65 rating, offering protection against dust and water, which makes it suitable for workshops with coolant or debris. The carbide-tipped measuring faces provide durability, with a flatness of 0.3 µm and parallelism within 1 µm.

Accuracy is ±1 µm, and the measuring force is between 5-10 N. The 6.35 mm diameter spindle has a 0.5 mm pitch and includes a spindle lock for consistent readings. A ratchet stop ensures repeatable measurements, while the LCD display, with 7.5 mm character height, shows results clearly.
