This is a Sutton 7/8″ 4-flute endmill, HSS, with a threaded shank for a Clarkson-style collet holder. The cutter appears unused — the flutes and cutting edges are crisp, with no signs of wear or heat discolouration. The threaded shank is clean and sharp.
Although it looks new, it is being listed as used due to its age and storage history. At most, it may show very light handling marks.
