This is a Sutton 1″ 2-flute endmill, HSS, with a threaded shank for use in a Clarkson-style collet chuck. The cutter presents as new — the flutes, lands, and cutting edges show no signs of use, and the shank threads are clean and sharp.
Despite the near-new appearance, it is listed as used due to age and storage. There may be extremely minor handling marks, but nothing that impacts performance.
