Designed for power tapping in a lathe, the Kato MT3 SA412 Version 3 Quick Change Tapper allows you to rapidly and accurately produce threads with minimal setup time. Fitted directly into the tailstock via its Morse Taper No. 3 shank, it enables smooth, controlled tapping under power, while the quick-change system lets you swap taps instantly without losing alignment.

This unit comes with 7 quick-change collets covering tap sizes M3 to M12, giving you a complete working range for small to medium metric tapping jobs. This tapper body is brand new / New Old Stock (NOS), showing no signs of use.
