Being stainless, there’s no rust or corrosion to contend with — one of the big advantages of this grade of vice over carbon-steel equivalents. Expect some minor cosmetic marks on the non-critical surfaces consistent with toolroom use; the precision surfaces (jaw faces, base, reference sides) are in excellent order.
