Product Overview
The Mitutoyo 513-415 (Series 513) is a specialised Long Stylus lever indicator designed to reach where standard indicators cannot. While a standard DTI typically has a stylus length of around 15mm-18mm, this model features a significantly extended 44.5mm stylus.
This extended reach makes it the perfect tool for centering deep bores, aligning internal grooves, or checking runout on features that are obstructed by other machine parts. Despite the long lever arm, it maintains a measuring range of 1.0mm with 0.01mm graduations. The internal movement is jewelled for high sensitivity and low hysteresis, and the bezel is sealed with an O-ring to prevent oil and dust ingress.
