Rotary Broach Wait List
This Hexagon Rotary Broach Kit is designed for creating hexagonal holes in metalwork on lathes, mills, or CNC machines. It is available with MT2, MT3, or MT4 Morse Taper shanks, or 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, or 40 mm straight shanks for compatibility with various spindles. The kit includes a rotary broach holder and a set of six hex cutters in sizes 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. The broaches have a 12mm shank.
The holder is made of hardened steel with a 1-degree offset for broaching, and the cutters are high-speed steel (HSS), suitable for materials like steel, aluminum, and brass (up to 30 HRC).
This pre-order kit will be available for shipping in the first week of May, ideal for machinists needing precise hex or square features.
