The Hexagon Rotary Broach Kit (often called a “wobble broach”) is the ultimate solution for machining blind or through-hexagonal holes directly on your lathe, milling machine, or CNC turning center. Instead of transferring a part to a slotter or EDM, you can generate precision hex sockets in seconds.
Versatile Mounting: Available in a wide variety of mounting options to fit any machine in your shop, including Morse Tapers (MT2, MT3, MT4).
The “Wobble” Action: The tool body is engineered with a precise 1-degree offset spindle. As the tool feeds into the workpiece, this offset creates a cutting action where only one corner of the broach is cutting at a time. This drastically reduces the required thrust force, preventing damage to your machine’s spindle or tailstock.
Premium Japanese Bearings: At the heart of this rotary broach are ultra-smooth Japanese bearings, ensuring the broach freely synchronizes with the rotation of the workpiece under heavy thrust loads.
Complete HSS Cutter Set: This kit isn’t just the holder—it comes completely ready to run with six High-Speed Steel (HSS) hex broaches (3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm). These cutters feature a standard 12mm shank and effortlessly slice through aluminum, brass, and steel up to 35 HRC.

Manufactured in Vietnam This tooling is manufactured to high standards in Vietnam, combining heavy-duty, high-grade steel bodies with premium internal Japanese bearings. It is an incredibly cost-effective way for smaller job shops and hobbyists to bring rotary broaching in-house without spending thousands on a Swiss-made equivalent.
Over 30 units sold to my Australian Customers with great reviews and feedback. Some customer feedback about the cutters easily working with hardened steel and lasting, I’ve not had any orders for replacement cutters.
